Welcoming The New Lady of The House

Although there was much talk and discussion about the methods, the dates, the timing ecetera..ecetera, her arrival was not conceived in any way planned. Yet, here she is.. the latest addition to our chaotic clan, adding to the fun, one more cherub for us to bully.






So, this is, or rather she is what I have been busy with. I tell you, the night feeds ain't funny after a 6 year break. Thank God for all the house help I get. At least when I need my sleep, there's back-up!! I totally forgot how much work a baby can be!


Ohh, the delivery? It was a c-section all gone wrong according to doc. Just me and my luck! Firstly, the aenesthetics didn't sink in right. So, yes, I felt pain when the incisions were made. Yes. Ouch. I don't really remember what happened next, but aparently some large blood veins were involved and I lost blood that I had to have a blood transfusion and I was babbling on and on about my bosses in the operation theatre to the docs. I hope I didnt leak out any company secrets! Hubby?? He was busy taping the whole ordeal on camera... Doc was impressed that he didn't pass put considering the amount of blood all over the place!!



So, anyways, all is safe and now we have our new little one. Happy, happy, happy..yes we are.
